Cancellation Policy
At LIV Travel Co., we are committed to providing personalized and seamless travel planning services. To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, please review our terms and conditions below. 1. Quote Turn-Around Time We strive to provide travel quotes within 48-72 hours of the initial request. However, during peak travel seasons or due to supplier response times, some quotes may take longer. Clients will be notified of any expected delays. 2. Airfare Booking Policy We only book airfare as part of a complete travel package that includes accommodations, tours, or other travel services. Standalone airfare bookings are not available. 3. Transport & Transfer Booking Policy We only arrange ground transportation and transfers as part of a full travel package that includes accommodations, airfare, or other services. Standalone transportation bookings are not available. 4. Research & Booking Fees A $25 research fee will apply for the time and effort spent curating the itinerary. 5. Cancellation Fee If a booked trip is canceled, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged directly to Liv Travel Co. This fee is separate from any penalties or cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers. 6. Quote Requests & Additional Quote Fees The first three (3) travel quotes are included in the initial $25 research fee. Any additional quotes beyond the initial three will incur a $25 fee per quote. This fee is non-refundable regardless of whether a booking is made. 7. Non-Refundable Fees All research, cancellation, and additional quote fees are non-refundable and are charged for the time, expertise, and effort provided in crafting personalized travel options.
